TUESDAY NIGHT CLASSES
Each Tuesday night lesson at Chef Rameaux's is $45 per person. All drinks, sales taxes, and tip (if you choose) are separate. Each lesson consists of one appetizer, one main dish, and one dessert. Reservations are required and may be made by phone at 919-834-2510 or by email at cheframeauxcooks@aol.com. Reservations must be paid for at the time they are made by credit card. If you are unable to attend for any reason, your paid reservation will be treated as a paid gift certificate, and it will be honored for one year from the date it was made. You can find our Tuesday night schedule by clicking on COOKING CLASS SCHEDULE. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks, and cash. CORPORTE TEAM-BUILDING AND OTHER PRIVATE CLASSES The base price for all private cooking classes and team-building classes is $50 per person. We require a minimum of 12 guests for all private and corporate parties. Beer is $3 per bottle and wine is $4.50 per glass, soft drinks are $1, or you may choose the "open bar" format for an additional $15 per person. For all private and corporate classes, we require a 20% gratuity plus all required sales taxes. All private parties must be paid for by a single payer at the time of reservation. When paid by credit card, we charge an additional .03% surcharge. CANCELLATION POLICY PRIVATE PARTIES MUST BE SECURED BY A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU CANCEL FOR ANY REASON MORE THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, BUT IT WILL BE APPLIED IN-FULL TO YOUR COSTS IF YOU RE-SCHEDULE WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF YOUR ORIGINAL DATE. TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, THE REMAINDER OF YOUR COSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. FROM THIS TIME ON, ALL CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT 50% OF THEM WILL BE CREDITED TO YOU WHEN YOU RE-SCHEDULE YOUR EVENT. ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF YOUR EVENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CREDITABLE TO FUTURE EVENTS. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT, AT BOTTOM LINE, ALL WE HAVE TO SELL ARE TIME SLOTS AND ONCE WE SELL ONE, WE CAN'T SELL IT AGAIN.
