Everybody loves to throw a party for friends, family, or neighbors. But we all also stress out over the work, shopping, deadlines, and menu decisions. That's why so many folks in the Triangle have decided to let Chef Rameaux do all that for them; all you have to do is show up and "Laissez le Bon Temps Rouler." You can choose to just sit back with a cold Dixie Beer or a nice Pinot Noir and have the Chef do all the work for you, or you can have your guests collaborate to cook their own dinner, or any combination in between. I "gawarantee" that I'll get you in the kitchen one way or another while you are here. There is a minimum of 12 guests for private parties at Chef Rameaux's. Here are some examples of the kinds of groups who have let Chef Rameaux entertain them with genuine, authentic Cajun and Creole Cooking Parties.
You can also have Chef Rameaux's all to yourself for Mardi Gras Parties, Halloween Parties, Christmas Parties, and New Year's Eve Parties. We're also a great place to watch the Super Bowl, World Series, Final Four, Saint's, LSU, Carolina, and Duke, games (or any other televised game, as Chef Rameaux's has a large-screen TV). Such parties should be reserved well in advance, and they are non-refundable.
