Whether you want a private chef for your own intimate dinner for two, a grand sit-down dinner for 12, or a big back-yard fish fry and a keg of Abita Beer for a hundred friends, Chef Rameaux is equipped to come to your home and entertain you. We often cook small dinners for small groups in your own kitchen and teach you and your guests how it is done. Or we can set up the outdoor cookers in the back yard and do huge pots of Red Beans & Rice, Gumbo, Jambalaya, or Cajun Fried Catfish. We do charge an additional $15 per person to travel to your location, and again, we require that all beer and wine be purchased from Chef Rameaux. Remember, however, that for groups above 40, we offer discounts. If you are located more than 25 miles from Chef Rameaux's in downtown Raleigh, there is a $2 per mile fuel charge.
